Every time I'm in Courtenay, I choose this place. the venue is tidy and the staff is friendly. the rooms are nicely decorated with great beds. It's great to have a safe, iron, and electronic key card in the room.

Everything was fine, clean hotel, marvellous location near to everything. There were exceptionally comfortable beds and a microwave, climate control and an individual safe in the standard queen room. The bathroom had a bath, which was great. Location: the venue was near to the casino and the airport. Tried some takeout specials at Noodlebox, luckily it was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the venue;))

Had a blast exploring around here – so much to see and do and we were right in the center of it all. Our room was the perfect size, not too big, not too small, just right. Loved the modern vibes and having the convenience of a fridge and microwave made everything easier for us.

Value for money was great, with a nice and spacious room, walk-in shower, and blackout window covers. The location was a bit far from the main shops and restaurants, but the outstanding front desk staff made up for it with their warm welcome and professional service.

We loved our stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to ensure we had a great experience. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the swimming pool. The location was perfect, within walking distance of the main attractions in this city. The breakfast provided was delicious and there were plenty of options to choose from.
Don't have any issues at all.
